An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Advisor to join the HRteam based at the Glasgow Head Office. In this varied and hands‑onrole, you will support managers and employees across a broad range of employeerelations matters, helping to maintain best practice and a positive workplaceculture. This is an excellentopportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with stakeholdersand making a real impact.
Providing expert advice to General Managers and employees on all employee relations matters
Monitoring absence levels and analysing HR data, trends and processes
Supporting Health & Safetyadministration and record‑keeping
Delivering accurate and timelygeneral HR administration
Proven experience in an HR Advisor or similar employee relations‑focused role
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures and employment practices
A methodical approach to managing absence data and HR records
Genuine career progression with training and development from day one
