This is elevated dining in every sense - bold menus, striking views, and an atmosphere that blends energy with refined hospitality. </p><p> </p><p> Chef Kerth Gumbs is our Chef de Cuisine, whose signature style fuses exceptional British produce with the vibrant, expressive flavours of his Anguillan heritage, currently holding 2AA Rosettes. </p><p> </p><p> Following an exciting recent relaunch, Fenchurch now features a dynamic mix of experiences: from relaxed bar seating to a refined tasting menu and la carte offering. </p><p> </p><p><strong> What you'll be doing </strong></p><ul><li> We are seeking a Head Chef who is ready to step into a high-profile leadership role. </li><li> Working closely with Kerth, you will lead the kitchen in delivering bold, contemporary cuisine with creativity, precision, and flair. </li><li> You'll inherit a solid brigade of 15-20 chefs and will be responsible for developing, mentoring, and inspiring them to perform at their best.
