<p><p> Finance Officer </p><p> Salary up to £38k </p><p> Glasgow </p><p> Permanent Role </p><p> Start – June 2026</p><p> Free Parking </p><p></p><p> Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Finance Officer on a permanent basis. </p><p></p><p> As a Finance Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day activities of our clients Transactional Accounting function, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing across both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. </p><p></p><p> This role is ideal for someone with good finance experience who is eager to build their expertise within a supportive, professional environment. </p><p> </p><p> Responsibilities </p><p>• Bank Reconciliation </p><p>• Journal posting </p><p>• Assisting with month end duties – accruals and prepayments </p><p>• Preparation of the monthly VAT returns </p><p>• Assist with transactional duties when required </p><p>• Addition adhoc duties Skills/ Experience </p><p> </p><p> Interviews will be held ASAP. </p>
