The support and trust here are second to none.”— Jordan, Team Leader at Lifeways </p><p> Your Role </p><p> As a Care Team Leader, you will: </p><ul><li> Lead and motivate a team of Support Workers to deliver exceptional, person-centred care </li><li> Ensure individuals supported by Lifeways live fulfilling, independent lives </li><li> Oversee recruitment, staff development, and supervision </li><li> Conduct candidate interviews and provide coaching and guidance </li><li> Communicate effectively with staff, people we support, and external professionals </li><li> Maintain accurate records using strong written and IT skills </li></ul><p> Whether you're an experienced Team Leader or a dedicated Carer ready to take the next step, we’ll support your journey every step of the way. </p><p> About You </p><p> We welcome applicants who: </p><ul><li> Have experience as a Care Team Leader or Senior Support Worker with an NVQ/QCF in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)</li><li> Or are experienced Care Assistants/Carers with a strong track record and ambition to progress </li><li> Possess excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and digital </li><li> Are confident in leading teams and supporting others to grow </li><li> Are passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care </li></ul><p> Why Join Lifeways?</p><p> We believe in creating a workplace where you feel valued, are supported, and can truly have impact.
