This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive / Student Recruitment Officer based in the London and Birmingham areas , United Kingdom.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts and building strong relationships with students, universities, and key stakeholders. Responsibilities include overseeing the end-to-end university application process, providing consultation and guidance to prospective students, monitoring account progress, and ensuring all client needs are handled efficiently and professionally.
The role also involves conducting outreach activities, supporting business development initiatives, and representing the company at student recruitment events and education fairs.
Multilingual candidates are highly preferred, particularly those fluent in Italian, Ukrainian, French, or Portuguese.
Client management and relationship-building skills
Organizational and multitasking skills to handle multiple client accounts
Knowledge of university admissions processes and scholarship programs
Proficiency in data entry and account monitoring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; Proven experience in business development, sales, or international student recruitment
Ability to build long-term professional relationships
Target-driven mindset with strong commercial awareness
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus
