Job description
Environmental Health Officer:
To provide a high-quality customer-orientated service in all aspects of Environmental Health including Food Safety, Health and Safety, Port Health, Environmental Protection, Private Sector Housing, Community Education and Communicable Diseases.
Graduate Trainee Environmental Health Officer:
To undertake post graduate training as required to provide a high-quality customer-orientated service in all aspects of Environmental Health including Food Safety, Health and Safety, Port Health, Environmental Protection, Private Sector Housing, Community Education and Communicable Diseases.

The grade of the Environmental Health Officer is Level 10 and the annual salary is from £46,957 - £49,366.
The grade of the Graduate Trainee Environmental Health Officer is Level 7 and the annual salary is from £33,945 - £36,737.
The work style for this post is Hybrid Worker .
The successful candidate will be required to work flexibly between home and the office and the frequency for attending the office may vary depending on the exigencies of the service.
