Early Years Teacher (full time, term time)

Based in various locations, you will work part time or full time, term time or full year. The advertised salary is for full time, full year, the salary will be pro rata for term time and part time vacancies. You will have an HNC in Childcare and Education, or equivalent, and be eligible for registration with the Scottish Social Services Council. You will work flexibly as part of a team to promote the all round development and wellbeing of young children from birth to 5 years. You will have experience of early years provision and observation/written report experience, with a good understanding of early years curriculum and good practice. You will have good planning, organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. You will be willing to pursue your own professional development, to contribute to the development and implementation of the nursery improvement plan and to the training, mentoring and support for students. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
