We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Commercial & Marketing Manager to help grow our business, increase sales, and strengthen our brand presence. About the Role As the Commercial & Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in driving store performance through effective marketing, promotions, supplier relationships, and sales strategies. Plan and manage marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and sales Manage the store’s social media pages and online promotions Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for growth Organise in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community events Support stock planning and promotional pricing strategies Create marketing materials including posters, flyers, and online content Help improve customer engagement and loyalty Work closely with the store owner and team to support daily operations Previous experience in marketing, retail, sales, or commercial management Creative thinking with the ability to generate new ideas Good understanding of social media and local marketing Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools Experience working in a small retail business Graphic design or content creation skills Knowledge of local market trends and customer engagement strategies Staff discount Career growth opportunities Flexible and varied role
