CYP Team Manager (Psychotherapist)

Shire Healthcare are recruiting for a Clinical Team Manager to support children, young people and families in the community in Norwich. *hybrid 3 days minimum on-site, 2 days working from home* The candidate appointed will be a a CYP Psychotherapist and/or a Play therapist. They will lead , develop and supervise an MDT team of 10 clinicians. You will collaborate with external stakeholders, ensure smooth running of operations and support those aged 4-18 years old experiencing social, emotional and behavioural challenges. There is an expectation to deliver parent-led interventions and family-based support, support with case management and fulfil designated safeguarding lead responsibilities. Contract type – permanent , full-time Hours – 37.5 hours per week, 9am - 5pm, Monday-Friday You will be accredited or working towards accreditation , hold a minimum of 2 years working with children/young people therapeutically, managing a complex caseload , and hold experience leading and supervising within an MDT team.
