<p><p> Credit Control </p><p> Salary up to £32k </p><p> Free Parking </p><p> Glasgow City Centre (5 minute walk from Buchanan Bus Station)</p><p> Start Date - ASAP </p><p></p><p></p><p> Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with our key client in Glasgow to hire a Credit Control specialist on a permanent basis. </p><p></p><p> You will be working in a small knit finance team reporting to the Head of finance. </p><p></p><p> Alongside Credit Control, there is an opportunity to take on wider finance duties. This is a great opportunity for someone with 1–3 years credit control experience who is looking to expand their finance skills. </p><p></p><p>• Responsible for collection of debt via telephone and email. Good telephone manners are essential. </p><p>• Weekly cash flow forecasting </p><p>• Liaising with finance team on disputed accounts </p><p>• Setting credit limits and payment terms </p><p>• Creating customer accounts on a system </p><p>• Overseeing service and utility charge </p><p>• Raising and tracking credit notes </p><p>• Improving the collection and billing processes </p><p>• Opportunity to take on wider finance responsibilities </p><p></p><p> Interviews will be held ASAP at our clients HQ in Glasgow. </p>
