We are seeking like-minded practitioners who share our values and are dedicated to offering exceptional therapy within a supportive, professional, and collaborative environment. </p><p></p><p><b> We are looking for: </b></p><ul><li> An HCPC-registered Counselling or Clinical Psychologist, practising within ethical and professional guidelines. </li><li> A practitioner with an integrative therapeutic approach, drawing from at least two evidence-based models. </li><li> Significant experience supporting clients with a range of mental health difficulties and severity levels. </li><li> A practitioner with robust risk management practices. </li><li> A practitioner who holds current professional indemnity insurance. </li><li> A reliable, accountable professional committed to attending sessions booked on their behalf within agreed hours. </li><li> Availability of 4–6 hours per week, with the potential to increase over time. </li><li> Strong organisational, IT, and communication skills. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What we offer: </b></p><ul><li> A steady stream of referrals to help grow your private caseload. </li><li> No admin hassle – we take care of all admin: appointment booking, reminders, referral screening, invoicing, billing, and client between-session communications. </li><li> Clients matched to you based on your specialist areas and preferences. </li><li> Reliable monthly payments, based on the hours you work. </li><li> Online visibility via our clinic website. </li><li> Full induction and ongoing support with our practice systems and procedures. </li><li> Flexible working hours that fit around your schedule. </li><li> A newly refurbished therapy room, designed to offer a calm, elegant, and professional space. </li></ul><p></p><p> Pay: £60 per hour. </p>
