<p><p><b> Corporate Finance Manager </b></p><p> </p><p> An opportunity has arisen to join a leading, independent CF firm. Our client seeks someone with drive, enthusiasm, ambition and commitment. </p><p> </p><p> A partner-owned and partner-driven firm, the team members generally work directly for the partners and therefore have a lot more exposure to projects. There is the opportunity to lead projects from start to finish quite quickly. </p><p></p><p> As a result, the team members have to be able to take responsibility for their own work and be proactive in driving projects forward. </p><p> </p><p> The key focus is on client relationships, and are looking for someone who can work well with clients and provide this level of focus and build these relationships. </p><p> </p><p> The firm provide a full suite of corporate finance services including: </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> Due diligence </b></p><p> </p><p> Financial Due Diligence mainly for Private Equity and Corporate clients </p><p> Vendor Due Diligence </p><p> Vendor Assist </p><p> </p><p> The role will involve: </p><p>• Responsibility for engagement planning and management </p><p>• Maintaining communication with the client / target to report on progress and keep information flowing </p><p>• Preparation of databooks and relevant analysis </p><p>• Drafting initial report or sections of a report for partner review </p><p> </p><p><b> Lead advisory </b></p><p>• Preparation of financial models </p><p>• Preparation of information memorandum documents </p><p>• Buyer / target research </p><p>• Assisting with management presentations </p><p>• Setting up and managing datarooms </p><p>• Managing due diligence processes and related info requests </p><p> </p><p> Team members have the opportunity to work across all of these disciplines and the on-the-job training is done by experienced partners, meaning that team members pick up the required skills very quickly and to a high level. </p><p></p><p> Our client seeks someone who is keen to be on this journey with them as they grow something really special.
