This role will play a key part in contributing to projects, objectives, and wider organisational goals. </p><p></p><p> Key Responsibilities </p><p></p><p> * Lead and coordinate commercial aspects of the Deepwater Wind Programme, shaping how interventions, delivery models and funding approaches are developed and implemented </p><p> * Provide commercial leadership on the development and use of commercial models, assumptions and benchmarks to inform programme trade offs and decisions </p><p> * Play a central role in the design and refinement of programme interventions, schemes and competitions, drawing on technical and delivery insight </p><p> * Support the development of business cases, programme updates and materials for senior governance and decision making </p><p> * Lead or coordinate commercial input related to test & demonstration sites, including delivery models, site options and infrastructure considerations </p><p> * Support assessment of site related opportunities, constraints and risks, framing clear options and implications for senior stakeholders </p><p> * Work closely with technical specialists to ensure engineering, delivery and consenting realities are reflected in commercial thinking </p><p> * Identify and support management of key commercial, technical and delivery risks across the programme. </p><p> * Work collaboratively across GBE and with external stakeholders, delivery partners and industry as appropriate to inform programme development </p><p></p><p> Qualifications and Experience </p><p></p><p> Essential: </p><p></p><p> * Experience leading or contributing to complex programmes or projects with a strong commercial focus </p><p> * Ability to use commercial or financial insight to shape programme design and delivery decisions </p><p> * Experience working in ambiguous or evolving contexts and exercising sound judgement </p><p> * Strong collaborative and stakeholder management skills </p><p> * Ability to take ownership and drive work forward at pace </p><p></p><p> Desirable: </p><p></p><p> * Experience in offshore energy and/or clean energy supply chains </p><p> * Familiarity with public sector investment or business case processes </p><p> * Exposure to infrastructure, site development or test & demonstration projects </p><p> * Experience working with technical or engineering specialists in a programme context </p><p></p><p> Personal Qualities </p><p></p><p> * Takes ownership, shows confidence in decision-making, and is willing to challenge constructively </p><p> * Focuses on delivering meaningful outcomes and making a positive, lasting impact </p><p> * Works collaboratively, valuing different perspectives and building inclusive relationships </p><p> * Proactive and adaptable, with a curiosity to explore new ideas and improve ways of working </p><p> * Resilient and resourceful in a fast-paced environment </p><p></p><p> What We Offer </p><p></p><p> * Competitive base salary </p><p> * Performance-related bonus scheme </p><p> * Excellent pension scheme </p><p> * 4x salary life assurance </p><p> * Group income protection </p><p> * 38 days annual leave </p><p> * Flexible working arrangements </p><p> * Ongoing professional development and training </p><p> * Supportive, inclusive working environment </p><p></p><p> How to Apply </p><p> For further information please contact: </p><p></p><p> Egle Bulatovaite </p><p> Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist by clicking the Apply now. </p><p></p><p> Application Close Date: TBC </p>
