Commercial Manager with Supply Chain Support
Location: Remote, with 1–2 days per week in Central London
Type: Full-time
Presto Coffee is one of the UK’s fastest-growing coffee brands, on a mission to build a more exciting and more sustainable future for coffee.
We’ve launched nationwide in two major UK supermarkets, with further UK listings rolling out this year, alongside our first major US supermarket launch.
As we continue to scale across retail, wholesale, and international markets, we’re looking for a Commercial Manager with Supply Chain Experience to help us deliver on this growth.
You’ll work as part of a close-knit team where everyone supports each other, and where success comes from combining strong commercial thinking with excellent execution.
Supporting and developing key retail and wholesale accounts, helping drive performance and identifying opportunities for growth
• Playing an active role in commercial planning, including promotions, pricing, and ongoing account performance
• Supporting new customer launches, ensuring a smooth transition from commercial agreement through to successful in-market execution
• Working closely with our supply chain team to deliver domestic and international orders across a growing customer base
• Reviewing and improving our end-to-end supply chain, identifying efficiencies, cost savings, and opportunities to scale
• Helping manage the operational execution of our upcoming US expansion
• Working with NPD and manufacturing partners to coordinate new product launches and support innovation
• Coordinating with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure projects stay on track
• Supporting forecasting, stock planning, and supply chain decision-making
You’ll be working across both commercial and operations, helping ensure that what we sell is delivered brilliantly.
As the business grows across major retailers and into new markets, you’ll play a key role in supporting both our existing accounts and expanding into new ones. You’ll work closely with commercial, NPD, and manufacturing teams to bring new products to life, while continuously improving how we operate behind the scenes.
You’ll have ownership of your own areas, including elements of commercial planning and account support, while being trusted to identify opportunities, solve problems, and keep things moving.

Has experience in commercial, account management, supply chain, or operations roles
• Is confident supporting customer relationships and contributing to account growth
• Ideally has experience in FMCG, grocery, retail, or international supply chains
