Clinic Manager – Renal Services Ipswich, Suffolk | Up to £55,000 Full Time | Monday–Friday | 37.5 Hours This is an excellent opportunity for a strong healthcare leader looking to step into a predominantly managerial role with operational responsibility, clinical oversight, and the opportunity to influence service quality and performance. The successful candidate will oversee a modern renal clinic with a large amount of dialysis stations operating extended hours, supported by Deputy Managers and an established multidisciplinary team. The Role This position combines operational leadership, people management, governance, and service delivery responsibilities. While clinical credibility is important, the role is heavily management-focused and would suit someone with experience leading healthcare teams within either the independent sector or the NHS. Key responsibilities include: <ul><li> Leading the day-to-day operational management of the clinic(s)</li><li> Managing staffing, rota planning, and patient scheduling </li><li> Oversight of audits, governance, compliance, and quality standards </li><li> Budgetary and financial accountability including P&L oversight </li><li> Reporting into senior leadership and working closely with the General Manager </li><li> Supporting staff development, supervision, and training </li><li> Ensuring compliance with CQC, infection control, H&S, and clinical governance standards </li><li> Building strong relationships with consultants, stakeholders, and referring organisations </li><li> Driving continuous improvement initiatives across the service </li></ul> About You Applications are welcomed from experienced healthcare managers with strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
