<p><p><b> Client Services Administrator </b></p><p></p><p><b> Up to £28,000 DOE, poss neg </b></p><p></p><p> We are looking for a suitably experienced person for a permanent role with a fantastic Learning & Development and Training company in Glasgow, who now require an additional Account Administrator to work closely with both colleagues and clients. </p><p></p><p> They require someone who has previous experience in a similar Administration function within a busy SME business to become an integral team member of a company who are committed to the highest levels of customer care and who are viewed from their clients as being a key business partner and trusted advisor. Experience within L&D or Training would be of keen interested but this is not essential. </p><p></p><p><b> Within this busy role your responsibilities will include: </b></p><p></p><p>• Coordinating and scheduling training and qualifications. </p><p>• Maintaining accurate records of all training activities, including attendance, evaluations and feedback. </p><p>• Supporting the development and implementation of training programs. </p><p>• Communicating with trainers and trainees to ensure that all training needs are met. </p><p>• Liaising directly with client and training / qualification suppliers via email, telephone and online meetings. </p><p>• Supporting the evaluation of training effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement. </p><p><b> </b></p><p><b> To carry out this role you will require the following: </b></p><p></p><p>• Proven experience as a corporate administrator. </p><p>• An outgoing and personable nature. </p><p>• Excellent organisational and time management skills. </p><p>• Strong attention to detail and accuracy. </p><p>• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities. </p><p>• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. </p><p>• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. </p><p>• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) would be nice but is not entirely essential. </p><p></p><p> If you feel that you meet the requirements for this role and would like to apply, then please do so with your <b> CV in Word format </b> via the application link provided - or by sending it to info(at)realise-recruitment.co.uk </p><p></p>
