<p><p> Estimator – Civil Engineering </p><p> Permanent </p><p> Location: Eurocentral </p><p> Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE + benefits package </p><p> Ref: GR1530</p><p> Gibson Recruitment Limited </p><p></p><p></p><p><b> Your New Role: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p> National Civil Engineering Contractor with a growing team and enviable footprint of projects across the country have a requirement for an experienced CIVILS ESTIMATOR to join their pre-construction team on a permanent basis. </p><p></p><p> This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced CIVILS ESTIMATOR to join a real household name in the industry with the scope to work on prestigious projects across the country. </p><p></p><p></p><p><b> Responsibilities: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>· Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for a wide range of civil engineering works. </p><p>· Review and interpret tender documentation, specifications, and drawings. </p><p>· Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations and technical input. </p><p>· Produce Bills of Quantities and take-offs from drawings. </p><p>· Identify and assess risks associated with project tenders. </p><p>· Support bid submissions and presentations to clients. </p><p>· Work closely with operational and commercial teams to ensure tender proposals are achievable and competitive. </p><p></p><p></p><p><b> Candidate Requirements: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p>· Experienced as an Estimator in civil engineering, infrastructure, or construction. </p><p>· Good understanding of civil engineering methods, materials, and rates. </p><p>· Proficient in the use of estimating software and Microsoft Excel. </p><p>· Strong attention to detail and analytical skills. </p><p>· Confident communicator who can work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. </p><p>· Keen to grow within an ambitious business. </p><p></p><p> </p><p> </p><p><b> What to Do Now: </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p> Please apply now with your most up to date CV or call Graeme on the details below for more information. </p><p></p><p> If this role is not for you but you would like to have a conversation regarding your next career move, do not hesitate to give us a call, in confidence. </p>
