You will oversee the hot section, preparing our authentic Italian dishes from scratch with consistency, speed and precision. Oversee the hot section during prep and service Prepare dishes following our authentic recipes and quality standards Communicate regularly with kitchen management Support onboarding and training of new chefs Ensure the section runs smoothly during busy services Respect health and safety standards at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen Bring leadership, energy and a problem solving mindset to every shift Help create the best moment of our guests' day, one plate at a time You will embody Big Mamma values: warm and professional attitude, strong team spirit and the ability to support your colleagues during busy services.
