Connect Appointments is recruiting a Workshop Manager for a full-time permanent position with an established plant machinery business based in the Glenrothes area - a hands-on leadership role with real autonomy and a salary of £40,000 to £45,000. Full-time permanent position ~ Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 5pm ~£Company vehicle and phone provided ~ Health and wellbeing programme, company pension and on-site parking As a Workshop Manager, your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating a team of plant mechanics across workshop and mobile operations Managing job allocation, workloads and repair progress to maintain productivity and quality Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and building long-term relationships To be considered as a Workshop Manager, you will need: A minimum of 3 years' experience in a workshop service manager or controller role within the plant or agricultural industry - car and HGV workshop experience will not be considered Strong technical knowledge of plant or agricultural mechanical systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a full, clean UK driving licence Interested in this Workshop Manager role?
