Business Development Manager – Complex Care Location: West Midlands / North West / Merseyside Salary: £50,000–£55,000 + bonus + car allowance Hours: Mon–Fri | 1–2 days home based We’re looking for a compassionate, commercially minded Business Development Manager to help more people access safe, high‑quality complex care at home. As our Business Development Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for new enquiries, building trusted relationships with commissioners, case managers and families, and ensuring every new care package is shaped around the person’s needs. You can be based from our Heywood, Merseyside or West Midlands office, with regional travel and flexible home working.
