Building Surveyor Contract Full Time

This role exists for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a permanent basis. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the management of commercial aspects of our projects, with support from your Commercial Manager or Commercial Director. To support the Commercial Manager in all aspects of the role; Reviewing drawings, specifications, and project scopes; Preparation, submission and negotiation of interim valuations, variations and final accounts; JCT, NEC) and company commercial procedures; Procurement and management of subcontractors and supplier packages; Cost reporting and financial forecasting; Maintain and develop strong relationships with Client and Project Team. Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry with 4+ years of experience.
