<p><b> BMS Package Manager – Large Scale Project </b><p> London </p><p> £85,000 – £90,000 + Excellent Package </p><p></p><p> We are currently recruiting for an experienced BMS Package Manager to join a leading contractor delivering complex projects across London. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in mission-critical environments within one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction. </p><p></p><p><b> The Role </b></p><p> As a BMS Package Manager, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of the Building Management System (BMS) package, ensuring seamless integration, commissioning, and handover across large-scale data centre developments. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Manage the full lifecycle of the BMS package, from design through to commissioning and handover </li><li> Coordinate with MEP teams, subcontractors, and specialist BMS vendors </li><li> Ensure systems are delivered in line with project specifications, programme, and quality standards </li><li> Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS systems </li><li> Monitor progress, manage risks, and drive programme milestones </li><li> Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant standards </li><li> Liaise with clients and stakeholders, providing technical support and updates </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Requirements </b></p><ul><li> Proven experience as a BMS Package Manager, BMS Project Manager, or similar role </li><li> Strong background working on data centre or mission-critical projects </li><li> In-depth knowledge of BMS / controls systems (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Siemens, Schneider, etc.)</li><li> Experience managing specialist subcontractors and commissioning processes </li><li> Strong communication and coordination skills </li></ul><p></p><p><b> What’s on Offer </b></p><ul><li> Salary of £85,000 – £90,000</li><li> Competitive package including bonus, car allowance, and pension </li><li> Opportunity to work on high-profile data centre projects </li><li> Career progression within a growing and well-established contractor </li></ul><p></p><p> If you’re a BMS specialist looking to step into a senior delivery role within the data centre sector, this is an excellent opportunity to advance your career. </p><p></p><p> For more information please contact: </p><p> luke.alliband@clear-er.com </p>
