<p><h2> Advert </h2><p><p><b>36 hours per week, 52.14 weeks per year, Permanent </b></p><p> Building Services are looking to recruit a highly motivated time served Builder to join our existing team. </p><p> You should be a qualified Builder (qualifications in either of the following trades, roofing, plastering or bricklayer) and should be capable of providing a high quality of building service across all our properties. This will include emergency, routine, planned programmes and change of tenancy repairs in void properties. </p><p> You should be passionate about customer care, Health and Safety and take pride in the quality of your workmanship. </p><p> You will have the opportunity to participate in the councils out of hours emergency service.
