<p>(£45,000 +10% Bonus) <p></p> Barchester Healthcare is looking for a dynamic Brand Manager to join our Brand Team and play a pivotal role in shaping how we engage customers across the UK. <p> Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, you'll develop and deliver a compelling brand proposition that drives engagement, strengthens our reputation, and supports commercial performance across our portfolio of care homes and hospitals. </p><p> This is a role for someone who thrives on collaboration, understands what truly matters to customers, and can translate that into powerful messaging and tools that support our teams on the ground. </p><p><b> NEED TO DO: </b></p><p> Create and refine the key messages that matter most to our customers </p><p> Build strategies to grow awareness of our homes and services </p><p> Use demographic insight to tailor brand activity to our audiences </p><p> Work with stakeholders to bring our Care & Life Enrichment Framework to life externally </p><p> Stay ahead of industry trends to identify opportunities and risks </p><p> Oversee the development of print and digital collateral that inspires confidence and drives enquiries </p><p> Ensure all customer-facing materials reflect our brand guidelines and tone of voice </p><p> Partner with the digital team to maintain a cohesive brand presence across all channels </p><p> Lead the creation of event collateral and assets through our web-to-print system </p><p> Develop self-serve tools and guidance that help homes drive engagement and enquiries </p><p> Ensure a smooth, intuitive customer journey for teams using these tools </p><p> Lead a team that delivers exceptional customer service and fast response times </p><p> Gather feedback from homes to continually improve support and resources </p><p> Oversee the full delivery of our flagship annual awards (Barchester Care Awards)</p><p> Manage cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality event on time and on budget </p><p> Support the coordination of the in-person event for 450 attendees, plus live streaming to homes and hospitals </p><p> Maintain regular communication with Operations throughout the process </p><p> Analyse data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimisation </p><p> Report on performance and adjust strategies accordingly </p><p> Oversee brand investment to ensure it delivers against our objectives </p><p> Set clear objectives aligned to our brand strategy </p><p> Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and engagement with Operations </p><p><b> NEED TO HAVE: </b></p><p> A confident brand marketer with experience developing propositions and multi-channel messaging </p><p> Strong stakeholder management and communication skills </p><p> A strategic thinker who can translate insight into action </p><p> Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously </p><p> A passion for delivering high-quality work that supports both customer experience and commercial goals </p><p><b> REWARDS PACKAGE: </b><br> Access to a range of retail and leisure discounts <br> Access to a range of wellbeing support and Best Doctors Service <br> Opportunity to develop within a hugely supportive team </p><p> Barchester have proudly been awarded a two-star outstanding rating by Best Companies, ranked 11th in the top 20 Best Health & Social Care Companies to work for and 14th in the Top 25 Best Big Companies to Work For in the UK. </p><p> If you are looking to develop a career with an employer that is supportive and offers progression opportunities, Barchester is an empowering and rewarding place to be. </p><p></p><p>7766</p>
