<p><b> Role: </b> Automotive electrician <p><b> Industry: </b> Motorsport </p><p><b> Location: </b> Marton, Warwickshire </p><p><b> Salary: </b>£40,000 - £45,000 dependant skills </p><p></p><p> We are seeking a dynamic, hands‑on individual with petrol running in their veins to join our team. </p><p></p><p> We are not a garage! We are a small motorsport business with a 1.5-million-pound turnover. </p><p></p><p> You need to be able to work on half a million-pound race cars such a Ferraris. </p><p></p><p> For example, need to take a car that is built and understand why the indicator is not working. </p><p></p><p> We build some of the best engines for road and competition with exacting standards and a laser focus on quality. Our projects are driven by our desire to create something different and something unique. </p><p></p><p> If you’re a highly experienced technician who lives and breathes engineering precision, we’d love to hear from you. </p><p></p><p> Due to expanding demand, we are looking for a full time Electrician to join our existing team, to help support the build processes of our world famous 205’s and the growing special projects we are now undertaking. </p><p></p><p> The successful applicant will benefit from working to a very high standard, great working conditions, very competitive salary and joining a team of highly dedicated and motivated professionals. </p><p></p><p> You’ll be responsible for delivering complex builds, solve challenging electrical problems and deliver elite craftsmanship on iconic cars. </p><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b> What you’ll do: </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Repair and test of looms for Project cars. </li><li> Manufacture of new looms when required. </li><li> Installation of Audio and Immobiliser systems and Diagnostic work. </li><li> Work on iconic cars such as the Peugeot 205 GTi, Ford RS200 and many more </li><li> Contribute to our reputation of sympathetic, high-quality, diverse and dynamic automotive and motorsport projects </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b> What we’re looking for: </b></p><p></p><ul><li> Experience in motorsport, automotive or marine industries </li><li> A solid understanding of electrical engineering's first principles and the ability to work unsupervised </li><li> Strong problem-solving skills, computer literacy and proficiency in Excel </li><li> Motorsport or Mil Spec wiring, connector experience </li><li> A dynamic individual who is excited to work on a range of road and competition cars to the highest standards </li><li> Experienced in being hands‑on with engine builds in a full‑time workplace working to the highest standards with acute attention to detail </li><li> Highly motivated, proactive, forward‑thinking, flexible and efficient in their work ethic - with a positive attitude </li><li> Able to work unsupervised and meet deadlines </li><li> Able to self‑scrutinise their own work to ensure it meets the standards of excellence expected by our customers </li><li> A good communicator both internally and with suppliers and clients </li><li> Holder of a full UK driving licence (trailer licence is a bonus)</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b> Why join Us?</b></p><p></p><ul><li> Work on exciting special projects </li><li> Enjoy a supportive, high-standard environment alongside a passionate team at a growing business </li><li> Receive a competitive salary and employee benefits </li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b> How to Apply: </b></p><p> Send your CV to danni@cortechtalentsolutions.co.uk </p>
