<p><h2> Assistant Site Manager – East Region </h2><p> I’m currently working with a growing and forward-thinking property developer and contractor, who specialise in delivering <b> high-quality affordable housing and mixed-use developments </b> across Scotland. </p><p> Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an <b> Assistant Site Manager </b> to support projects in Edinburgh. </p><h3> The Role </h3><p> As Assistant Site Manager, you’ll support the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of site operations, helping to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard. </p><h3> Key Responsibilities </h3><ul><li> Supporting the coordination of subcontractors and site activities </li><li> Ensuring health & safety standards are consistently maintained </li><li> Assisting with programme tracking and site reporting </li><li> Supporting quality control across all stages of the build </li><li> Liaising with suppliers, clients, and internal teams </li><li> Assisting with materials management and site logistics </li></ul><h3> What I’m Looking For </h3><ul><li> Ideally based in or around the <b> Edinburgh area </b></li><li> Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager within the <b> housing/residential sector </b></li><li> Valid <b> SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid </b> certifications </li><li> Strong organisational and communication skills </li><li> A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic </li></ul><h3> What’s on Offer </h3><ul><li><b> Salary circa £45,000</b></li><li> Company van </li><li> Competitive benefits package </li><li> Strong pipeline of projects </li><li> Genuine opportunity for career progression </li></ul><p></p><p> Legal Information: <br>We act as an employment agency for permanent work and as an employment business for temporary work. </p><p> For roles in the UK, applicants must be eligible to live and work in the UK. </p><p> We value diversity and promote equality.
