Guaranteed to make your event one to remember. </p><p> The Role </p><ul><li> As Deputy General Manager you will support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business. </li><li> Be business savvy and demonstrate great commercial acumen. </li><li> Your team will look up to you, it's essential to train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain incredibly high standards and customer satisfaction. </li><li> You will be given the opportunity to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company continues to grow. </li></ul><p> What we looking for: </p><ul><li> Wear your heart on your sleave, take ownership, be bold and run the business as if it's your own </li><li> Be cool, calm and collected, manage pressure with ease, nothing can phase you </li><li> You're not precious.
