Reporting to a Building Operations Sectional Officer, you will assist with the day-to-day supervision of operational staff and contractors, helping to ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to the required standard. </p><p><b> What we are looking for…</b></p><p> The ideal person for this role will have experience working in a building maintenance, construction or property services environment, with the ability to support supervision of operational teams. You will be organised, confident in dealing with day-to-day site issues, and able to communicate effectively with colleagues, contractors and customers. </p><p> You will have a practical understanding of health and safety requirements, be comfortable prioritising workloads, and able to support service delivery in a busy operational environment. </p><ul><li> Experience in a building maintenance or repairs environment </li><li> Ability to support supervision of trades or operational staff </li><li> Good organisational and problem-solving skills </li><li> Sound awareness of health and safety responsibilities </li><li> Effective communication and basic IT skills </li><li> Full UK driving licence </li></ul><p><b> Sounds like you?
