<p><p> Assistant Accountant </p><p> Salary up to £40k </p><p> Permanent Role </p><p> Queenslie </p><p> Onsite - 4.30pm finish </p><p> Start - May 2026</p><p></p><p> Oliver Smith Recruitment are working in partnership with a highly successful logistics & distribution business and market leader in their field operating across the UK and further afield. </p><p></p><p> Duties: </p><p></p><ul><li> Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including balance sheets and profit & loss analysis </li><li> Assisting with month end processes such as prepayments, accrual and journals </li><li> Reconciling monthly balance sheets and control accounts </li><li> Preparation of monthly balance sheet reconciliations </li><li> Assisting with audit preparation </li><li> Supporting the Management Accountant and Finance Controller as required. </li></ul><p></p><p> Interviews will be held ASAP. </p>
