Air Conditioning Installer

<p><b> Job Title: </b> HVAC Engineer / Air Conditioning Specialist <p><b> Location: </b> Mobile (Field-Based) - Coventry </p><p><b> Salary: </b> Up to £40,000 (depending on experience)</p><p><b> Job Type: </b> Permanent | 40 hours per week </p><p></p><p> We are recruiting for an experienced Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer to join a growing technical services team. This is a mobile role involving service, maintenance, installation, and breakdown support across a range of client sites. </p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Service, maintain, and install air conditioning and refrigeration systems </li><li> Diagnose and repair faults on systems including splits, VRV/VRF, and chillers </li><li> Carry out leak testing in line with F-Gas regulations </li><li> Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs </li><li> Attend breakdown callouts on a rota basis </li><li> Complete job reports, commissioning sheets, and timesheets accurately </li><li> Ensure all work is completed in line with safety standards and company procedures </li><li> Liaise with clients and internal teams to deliver a high level of service </li><li> Support with materials and equipment selection when required </li></ul><p><b> Requirements </b></p><ul><li> NVQ / City & Guilds Level 2 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)</li><li> F-Gas certification </li><li> Full UK driving licence </li><li> Proven experience in servicing and maintaining AC and refrigeration systems </li><li> Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills </li><li> Ability to work independently and as part of a team </li></ul><p><b> Desirable </b></p><ul><li> IPAF / PASMA / CSCS </li><li> Electrical qualifications (18th Edition)</li><li> Experience with BMS systems, chillers, or AHUs </li></ul><p></p>
