Nurse Manager – Mental Health Unit Location: West Lothian Full-Time, Permanent We are recruiting an experienced and inspirational Nurse Manager to lead our Mental Health Unit in West Lothian . This is a full-time, permanent opportunity for a registered nurse with strong leadership skills and a passion for high-quality mental health care and clinical governance. Provide clinical and operational leadership across the mental health unit Lead and oversee clinical governance , including audits, risk management, incident reviews, and quality improvement initiatives Manage and develop the nursing workforce, including recruitment, supervision, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, policies, and procedures Current NMC registration as RMN, RGN, or RNLD Substantial experience within mental health services Previous experience in a senior nursing or management role Experience within inpatient or specialist mental health settings Competitive salary of £50,000 – £60,000 Secure, full-time permanent position Supportive organisational culture with opportunities for professional development The opportunity to make a real difference in mental health care delivery in Edinburgh
