Job description
Job Title: Compliance Administrator
Job Type: Permanent | 40hrs pw, Monday – Friday, 8 am–5 pm
Maintain accurate compliance records, policies and procedures, ensuring documentation is audit ready
• Monitor regulatory updates and support implementation of required changes across the business
• Assist with internal audits, risk identification and reporting of non-conformances
• Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries across teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure all records are correctly managed using Microsoft Office and SharePoint systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word and SharePoint)
Exposure to ISO standards or compliance frameworks
• Previous experience in an administrative, compliance, or regulatory support role
Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience
