Our scalable solutions provide critical patient data across local and remote systems, enabling better-informed decisions, increasing efficiencies, and creating safer environments for patients. </p><p></p><p><b> About the Role </b></p><p> We are seeking an <b> Account Manager </b> to develop and manage sales opportunities and strategic reference sites within a defined UK territory. You will be responsible for achieving revenue, margin, and product mix targets while collaborating as part of the UK Sales Team. </p><p> This role requires strong communication skills at all organizational levels, excellent project management abilities, and a proven track record in medical capital equipment sales with experience with the medical devices field—ideally in Critical Care or Theatre—is essential. </p><p></p><p><b> Key Responsibilities </b></p><ul><li> Achieve annual sales quota through effective territory coverage and account penetration. </li><li> Identify and develop strategic reference sites within your territory. </li><li> Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement best practices and develop tools for Acute Care market penetration. </li><li> Create and maintain a quarterly and annual business plan aligned with company objectives. </li><li> Maintain a balanced sales funnel and accurate forecasts within CRM. </li><li> Build consultative relationships with key decision-makers and buying influences. </li><li> Represent Spacelabs as the technology leader through product presentations, evaluations, and training. </li><li> Participate in trade shows and national meetings. </li><li> Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and ethical practices. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Qualifications </b></p><ul><li> Degree or professional-level education or/and experience with the medical devices field </li><li> Relevant clinical background (Anaesthesia, Intensive Care, Theatre, or Biomedical Engineering). </li><li> Proven success in medical capital equipment sales. </li><li> Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills. </li><li> Expert-level proficiency in Strategic/Spin Selling techniques. </li></ul><p></p><p><b> Additional Requirements </b></p><ul><li> Completion of Spacelabs training and full product competency. </li><li> Extensive domestic travel <b>(70–90%) </b> and occasional international travel. </li><li> Ability to work flexible hours for installations and training. </li></ul><p></p>
