<p><b> Account Manager / Inside Sales → Key Accounts | Wind Energy Sector | Glasgow </b><p></p><p> Ready to step up from Inside Sales into real account ownership?</p><p> FPSG are working with a market-leading provider of parts and servicing solutions in the wind energy sector — a fast-growing industry built around sustainability and the circular economy. </p><p> This is a genuine progression role for an ambitious sales professional who wants to move beyond transactional selling and into strategic Key Account Management. </p><p> What you’ll be doing </p><p></p><ul><li> Supporting and developing a portfolio of key customer accounts </li><li> Building strong relationships with industrial clients, engineers, and procurement decision-makers </li><li> Identifying upsell and growth opportunities within existing accounts (focused on physical products, components, and technical solutions)</li><li> Working closely with senior sales leadership on account strategy </li><li> Tracking performance, pipeline, and forecasting activity </li><li> Gaining exposure to engineering, product, and operational teams </li><li> Attending client meetings, site visits, and industry events </li></ul><p></p><p> What we’re looking for </p><p></p><ul><li>1–3 years’ experience in Inside Sales / SDR / B2B Sales / Junior Account Executive roles </li><li> Experience selling physical products, equipment, components, or technical/industrial solutions is strongly preferred </li><li> Candidates from manufacturing, engineering, industrial supply, or similar product-based sales environments will be ideal </li><li> We are not seeking candidates whose experience is solely in SaaS, IT software, or service-led sales backgrounds </li><li> Strong communicator with confidence engaging business customers </li><li> Driven, commercially minded, and motivated to progress into account ownership </li><li> Comfortable working to targets in a fast-paced environment </li><li> Interest in engineering, energy, or industrial sectors is a plus </li></ul><p></p><p> Why apply?</p><ul><li> Clear step-up into Key Account Management responsibility </li><li> Work in a high-growth, sustainable energy sector </li><li> Exposure to major industrial clients and strategic sales activity </li><li> Competitive salary + performance bonus </li><li> Real progression, not just promises </li></ul><p> Reward </p><p></p><p> This is a unique opportunity to join a growing business in an exciting and developing industry.
