2nd Line Helpdesk Support Engineer

FT Recruitment is exclusively supporting a high-growth client as they look to bring in a 2nd Line Support Engineer to their growing IT team. This role will work in IT operations, managing user accounts in Active Directory and supporting modern devices through Microsoft Intune. Create and manage user accounts and access Help deliver a seamless and secure user experience Candidates should have experience in a 2nd Line (or similar) IT support role and strong knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft Intune.
