Workshop Engineer (Full-time)

We specialise in optimising asset performance, including motors, gear boxes, pumps, machining induction, condition monitoring and fabrication services. \The purpose of the role is to inspect, identify problems, strip and repair motor and gear boxes to the required customer standards. \Carrying out the inspection and fault analysis, on all types of pumps, pumping systems, pipe work and associated equipment \n Testing repaired items \n Maintaining test kit, tools and workshop \n Presenting a tidy workshop and workspace \n Working within the Deritend QA workshop procedures, method statements and risk assessments \An experienced electro/mechanical, pump or pipe fitter \n Understanding of electrical and mechanical repair techniques \n Basic mechanical aptitude \
