Job Description Finance Paralegal (Structured Finance) | Leading UK Law Firm | London | Hybrid\n Role Overview: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Paralegal to join a highly regarded Banking & Finance team, working directly with a Partner specialising in Structured Finance. The role offers exposure to a broad range of finance transactions, including asset-backed securitisations, bond issuances, lending platform establishments, structured real estate finance, social housing finance and regulatory capital matters. This role offers a high level of responsibility and direct partner exposure, with full training provided.\Assisting on a variety of structured finance transactions, drafting and reviewing legal documentation, conducting legal research, liaising with clients and transaction parties, and providing support throughout the lifecycle of complex deals.\Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have strong academics and be bright, commercially aware and proactive.
