Structural Engineer or Senior Structural Engineer

THE ROLEWe are currently seeking a SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER to join our client based in Cambridge.This is an excellent opportunity to join an award winning firm of consulting engineers who offer the right candidates interesting projects to work on and good prospects for promotion.They have experience of working on projects for commercial offices, schools & colleges, industrial buildings, high end residential, historic cathedrals, retail space and more.THE CLIENTOur client is a successful, award winning firm of consulting engineers who are working on various projects in the built environment.At least 3 years or more post graduation experience working as a Structural Engineer.You need to have a BSc in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering and possibly also have an MSc in Civil or Structural Engineering.You should have used structural engineering software e.g. Tekla Structural Designer plus good experience in the use of Excel and TEDDS.Knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit and Bluebeam along with BIM Level 2 advantageous.You must have excellent communication skills - both written and spoken to deal with clients and contractors.A full UK driving licence is required.Salary is negotiable and there is an excellent package of company benefits which includes pension, professional fees and more.
