Job Description Electrical Estimator / Senior Electrical Estimator\n \n Cambridge\n \n We're supporting a well-established and financially secure building services contractor with a strong reputation across education, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, data centres and student accommodation projects. The company has achieved sustained year-on-year growth through collaborative working and long-term client relationships, supported by a highly capable in-house delivery team.\n \n Due to continued project success, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Estimator — with scope for the role to be shaped around someone operating at senior level.\Preparing tenders and cost plans for electrical packages on projects up to c.£Working across a steady pipeline of projects in education, healthcare, life sciences, leisure, and student accommodation. \Providing technical and commercial input during pre-construction. \Working closely with internal project and installation teams to ensure accurate proposals. \Proven experience as an Electrical Estimator within building services. \Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail. \Comfortable working 5 days per week in the Cambridge office (with flexibility to use Colchester when required). \Car allowance or company car. \6% pension + death in service. \25 days holiday (increasing with service)\n ~ Modern, high-quality offices including a newly refurbished base. \Long-term opportunity within a stable and well-run business. \
