Job IntroductionAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Power Platform Developer within a busy and successful IT team. The role sits within IT Development, working with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver enterprise-scale automation and application solutions across the Microsoft Power Platform. This is a permanent role based in our Bristol office.Main ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, testing and release of complex solutions on the Microsoft Power PlatformWork closely with stakeholders across the business to analyse requirements and design scalable, efficient solutionsProvide technical leadership, mentoring and code review to developers within the teamDefine and enforce development standards, best practices and governance across Power Platform solutionsEnsure all solutions adhere to internal change management procedures, security standards and data governance policiesDesign and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Azure services and third-party systemsWork as part of a self-managing Agile team following Scrum methodology, contributing to planning, estimation and deliveryDevelop and maintain documentation to required standards and ensure effective handover to support teamsProvide high-level support and troubleshooting for business-critical applicationsDrive continuous improvement in processes, tooling and platform capabilityThe Ideal CandidateExtensive experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate and DataverseStrong experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions and leading technical designExperience working with integrations, APIs and Azure servicesStrong understanding of governance, security and environment strategy within Power PlatformProficiency in JavaScript and/or C#Experience working within Agile (Scrum) teams and Azure DevOpsStrong analytical, methodical and problem-solving approachExcellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholdersExperience mentoring and supporting junior developersDesirable Skills and ExperienceExperience with Dynamics 365 Finance and OperationsExperience with Power BI and reporting solutionsExperience leveraging AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI, or intelligent agents to enhance productivity, automation, and user experienceExperience in legal or professional services environmentsTLT is committed to creating a diverse working environment and encourages applications from all suitably qualified people, regardless of any of the characteristics protected by the laws in the locations in which we operate.About TLTFast paced, fast growing and forward thinking, TLT is the law firm that helps clients stay one step ahead, and we do the same for our people.With local, national and international reach, we have over 1,200 people in offices across the UK and a network of partner firms across Europe, India and the US.
