Senior Cost Manager / Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading Chartered Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Consultancy practices, with a long-established reputation for delivering expert commercial advice and exceptional client service across a diverse range of sectors, has a new requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team. Working within a dedicated and dynamic cost team this is an exciting opportunity to work directly with repeat clients and project teams on a range of sectors. Tender analysis and recommendation reporting. Contract administration and commercial management. Risk management and value engineering. Final account negotiation and agreement. Supporting the delivery of high-quality consultancy services across multiple projects and sectors. Contributing to business development initiatives and the development of long-term client relationships. Pre and post contract experience. Experience of working under construction contract terms and conditions, preferably JCT, NEC or similar.
