An NQT/ECT with passion, resilience, and a hunger to make a real difference from day one. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification. Experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN-whether through placements, previous roles, or personal drive. The resilience to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and authority.
