Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) \n Location: Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) \n Contract Type: Full-Time \n Salary: NHS Band 6 \n Start Date: As soon as possible \n We are recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join a supportive Adult Mental Health service within Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust (CNWL) . \n This is an excellent opportunity to work within a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality, recovery-focused mental health care across community and inpatient settings, while developing your clinical and leadership skills within a progressive NHS Trust. \n Carry out comprehensive assessments of service users’ mental health and care needs \n \n Develop, implement, and review person-centred care plans using evidence-based practice \n \n Deliver safe, effective, and compassionate mental health care \n \n Support and guide healthcare support workers, students, and new team members \n \n Contribute to risk assessment, crisis management, safeguarding, and discharge planning \n \n Ensure compliance with CNWL policies, confidentiality standards, and professional guidelines \n \n Promote equality, diversity, inclusion, and a safe working environment \n \n Registered Mental Health Nurse qualification (RMN)\n \n Current NMC registration \n \n Minimum 12 months post-registration experience within Adult Mental Health \n \n Understanding of professional boundaries and recovery-focused care \n \n Work within one of the UK’s largest and most progressive mental health Trusts \n \n Access to structured learning, development, and career progression opportunities \n \n Flexible working opportunities where service needs allow \n \n Commitment to staff wellbeing, inclusion, and professional growth \n
