Paraplanner - Senior paraplanner

This role offers flexibility for hybrid working.We're partnering with a highly respected, values-driven financial planning firm that is looking to add a Senior Paraplanner to its growing team.You'll work closely with the MD and the Financial Planner to develop holistic financial planning strategies for high-net-worth clients, identify planning opportunities, undertake complex technical research, and play a key role in shaping client recommendations.Work with high-net-worth clients on complex planning casesGenuine influence over recommendations and client outcomesCollaborative and supportive team cultureOngoing professional development and progression supportOpportunity to contribute to business improvement and strategic initiativesA company that is not looking for a quick hire but are prepared to wait for the right personWe're keen to speak with Diploma-qualified paraplanners, ideally who have or are keen to work towards Chartered status.
