This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or Solicitor seeking stability, quality work, and a supportive long-term environment within a highly regarded firm. The role offers a varied caseload with an established client base and strong referral network, alongside the backing of an experienced and well-structured team. The Role The caseload will include: \n Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages New build matters Shared ownership transactions Managing files from instruction through to post-completion \n Requirements \n Previous experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently Strong organisational and client care skills Ability to manage a busy workload efficiently Experience using case management systems Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer, or experienced non-qualified Conveyancer considered \n This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving Legal 500 property team offering quality work, flexibility and proper support. #INDMADS
