Job Description Trade Mark Administrator – Birmingham

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Trade Mark Administrator to join the firm's established Trade Marks team. Monitoring and updating official deadlines arising from applications and official actions
Managing Fee Earner inboxes and calendars, ensuring urgent matters are prioritised appropriately
Preparing standard and non-standard correspondence to clients, overseas associates and Intellectual Property Offices
Conducting basic online trade mark searches and preparing draft reports
Preparing invoice requests, monitoring billing and assisting with work in progress management
Liaising with internal departments including Records, Renewals and Accounts to ensure the smooth progression of matters
\Experience using UKIPO, EUIPO and WIPO online filing systems
