Opportunity for autonomy within a supportive team environment with strong mentoring and guidance Exposure to varied and technically interesting environmental projects Opportunity to take on significant responsibility Clear progression pathway - with strong potential to move into a Project Manager or similar role as you develop and demonstrate your ability to deliver for clients Salary: Competitive Responsibilities Supporting and/or managing day-to-day site engineering activities Setting out, quality assurance, and maintaining accurate records Coordinating with site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers Communicating effectively with clients and internal teams Assisting in planning and adapting works in response to environmental conditions Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification Qualifications ~ Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering (or a related discipline) Required Skills Strong technical grounding in civil engineering principles Experience working on civil engineering sites (as a Site Engineer or similar) is advantageous Highly organised with good attention to detail Clear and confident communicator with site teams, management, and clients Positive attitude and willingness to learn Comfortable adapting to changing conditions and evolving work methods Preferred Skills A supportive team environment with mentoring and guidance Autonomy and responsibility within your role Exposure to varied and technically interesting projects Clear progression opportunities, including potential to move into a Project Manager role Equal Opportunity Statement We are committed to diversity and inclusivity in our hiring practices.
