Commercial Property Solicitor – Leicester We are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join an established and growing legal team based in Leicester. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded solicitor looking to work on a varied caseload of commercial property matters within a supportive and collaborative environment. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with a broad range of clients, taking ownership of transactions and providing practical, commercially focused legal advice. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload and advise clients across a range of commercial property transactions. Managing commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion * Acting for a range of commercial clients, investors, landlords and occupiers * Handling acquisitions and disposals of commercial property * Drafting and negotiating leases, licences and related documentation * Dealing with property finance and security documentation where required * Reviewing and reporting on title and property-related documentation * Providing clear, practical and commercially focused legal advice * Ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with relevant regulatory and professional requirements We’re looking for a solicitor with solid experience in commercial property who is confident managing matters with a good degree of autonomy.
