To safely manage the AD Plant and day to day site operations and any associated activities in line with the site permit whilst maximising production to meet KPI’s of the division. Short, medium and long term planning of health and safety and environmental compliance requirements and waste operations with the Plant Manager Compliance with Health & Safety at Work Act, other relevant legislation and Company procedures. Deliver programmes of Continuous Improvement across the siteDeliver KPI targets against contract and business objectivesDevelop a working culture that enhances employee engagementIdentify areas within your control to remove cost and improve profitFollow procedures and best practice to ensure audit compliance and ISO accreditations are achievedTo promote a culture of safety including accident, near miss and incident reporting.
